• I love being part of the Blue Wheelers team – living the dream washing and grooming dogs of Newcomb and the surrounding areas. I always say that it’s important that your dogs get a regular groom. It makes the grooming process much smoother, which is much better for your dog’s physical and mental health.

  My favourite thing about being a mobile dog groomer is that I get to pamper dogs all day long, making them all clean and fresh for their owners. Dogs are such wonderful animals, they always know how you feel and can make you smile and bring such happiness to your day.

  I decided to become a Blue Wheeler because I have always wanted to work with animals, and I couldn’t think of anything better than working alongside man’s best friend all day!

  My favourite dog breed is a mutt, a mixed breed of anything and everything. My own dog Hugo is a cross with a huge personality. He was a rescue that I decided to keep because I love his silly personality and how he always cheers me up whenever I look at him. Hugo ended up being the inspiration for the name of my Blue Wheeler trailer, I decided I wanted to spend every day with him, so I named my trailer Hugo!

  Before I became a Blue Wheeler, I volunteered a lot of my time with a local animal rescue. This gave me crucial dog handling experience, I have met all sorts of different dog breeds and personalities. It’s such a benefit to becoming a groomer, having had the hands on experience of lots of different breeds.
