I have been providing dog grooming, washing, trimming and clipping services since 2014.

My #1 tip for dog owners, especially for those with a long haired dog is to keep a regular routine for their wash and grooming. The last thing you want is for their coats to get all tangled up or matted making it uncomfortable for them to walk around and play. For indoor dogs this also helps reduce the dog hair “tumbleweeds” from floating throughout the house.

A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than it loves itself. I will give your dog all the pampering it deserves! My favourite thing about being a Blue Wheeler is that I get to spend my day with so many different dogs. I get to see how happy and excited they are after they’ve had their bath and I get the satisfaction of knowing that once their coat is softer and they’re smelling great they’ll probably got more hugs coming their way when they get back home.

My favourite dog breed is the humble yet feisty Jack Russell Terrier. They are so full of energy, incredibly smart and loyal almost to a fault. I chose the name “Shortie” for my Blue Wheeler Dog to honour my first Jack Russell Shortie. She was a faithful companion who used to go everywhere with me, from my friends’ houses to the beach and even sometimes to the movies. At the beach she’d sometimes even have her own adventures spending time with the friends she made on the beach, often coming back with a new bandanna or a tomato sauce grin. I love keeping her memory close with me every day.

I have always loved dogs for as long as I can remember and getting to work with them and knowing that I’ve helped even in a little way to brighten up their day and improve their quality of life is what inspired me to open my own Blue Wheelers Mobile Dog Wash. I wouldn’t trade it for the world!

Claire has been grooming our Jack Russell Terrier for about 5 years now. She does a great job and we are always happy with her thorough work. She is always happy to accommodate us with the next appointment date. Her home service is a lot more convenient to attending a pet shop and a better price.

Just wanting to post a great recommendation to Blue Wheelers for giving our beloved dog, Budda, a fantastic wash & shampoo. Budda came away clean as a whistle and smelling ‘like a rose’. Claire has a skillful and experienced manner handling dogs. Her gentle touch is just what our dog needed….

Claire is simply brilliant, she regularly looks after Maxxi and she’s always left looking great and smelling like a new dog. I would highly recommend Claire to anyone considering having their dog washed or groomed, she is extremely professional and her mobile salon is top notch.

Claire was terrific, it was bucketing down with rain but she showed up with a smile and a warm personality. She was friendly, patient and gentle with our King Charles cavalier pup and made us all feel at ease, great personal and professional skills and we have booked our pup in for the next session.

I have a dog which I rescued from the pound, her name is Sandy. She must have had a bad past and is very afraid of everything.

I have gone through 4 other mobile groomers to bathe her and when ever they arrive Sandy runs the opposite direction and hides in the back yard.

So I decided to give the 5th one a try.
I called Blue Wheelers Helensvale and they fit me in as soon as they could after I told them the story abt Sandy.

When Claire arrived, Sandy just loved her and kept giving her kisses and hugs
Never seen Sandy do that to anyone.

She also enjoyed her hydrobath and was very happy to see Claire again the next time she came around.

She has the special touch with dogs!
