I love being part of the Blue Wheelers team – living the dream washing and grooming dogs of Parafield Gardens and Mawson Lakes.
My number 1 tip for dog owners, especially people with new puppies is to have them groomed regularly so they can get used to it. There’s nothing better than having a happy clean pooch bouncing around all day.
If you are looking for a friendly dog groomer in Parafield Gardens (5107) or Mawson Lakes (5095) SA, fill in the form and I look forward to hearing all about your best friend and meeting them.
My favourite thing about being a Blue Wheeler is all the amazing breeds of dogs and personalities I get to meet, and seeing how happy they are after their bath.
I have always been very passionate about animals, dogs in particular! I love being able to make a difference in the quality of life of every dog I meet, even if it’s something small. Being a Blue Wheeler has allowed me to do just this!
I have 4 dogs of my own at home being the crazy dog lover I am! I have a Bullmastiff x mastiff who is 12 months, an American-bulldog x mastiff who is nearly 7, A Huskie x mastiff who is nearly 3 and finally a little Tenterfield Fox Terroir who is 9. They are crazy but I love them and yes they all sleep on the bed!
We kept the name Bronson for our trailer as it’s a lovely name and to keep it in honour of the dog he was named after that had sadly passed away.
I love American Staffordshire Pure breed or X. I find that American staffys are great family dogs with beautiful natures and are given too much grief as being aggressive. They are loving and loyal these being the reasons as why I have 3 mastiff x’s.
Before I was a Blue Wheeler I worked as a cheese making assistant in the Adelaide Hills. I have lived in the country most of my life and have always been surrounded by many different kinds of animals. Dogs are amazing but can get very smelly. Working in the cheese factory has definitely helped me in blocking out that dirty dog smell and making them feel refreshed makes me feel so good!
