• Hi, we’re Nick and Lauren and our Blue Wheeler’s name is Diesel. We’re your Blue Wheelers Mobile Dog Groomer for Rothwell (4022) in Queensland. We also provide dog washing and dog grooming services in Kippa-Ring (4021).

  We have been providing grooming services since 2019 (Nick) and 2017 (Lauren) and absolutely love working with dogs every day. Our number one tip for dog owners is to have a grooming routine – this keeps your pet fresh and grooming becomes part of their everyday life.

  The best thing for us about being mobile groomers is seeing the strut that the dogs we pamper get when they look and feel amazing after their groom, and hearing the owners love on their dogs when they get inside.

  We’ve always been passionate about our own dogs being an essential part of our family, and we bring that passion to our grooming, and as we get to know the dogs that we work with, they become like part of the family.

  We love all dogs, but our favourites are pretty well any big hairy breeds – German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes and Border collies.  We love the intelligence and loyalty that these breeds show us.

  We chose Diesel for our Blue Dog name after our German Shepherd – Diesel, who we adopted early in 2021. He is a loving dog, who has joined our family after the loss of our girls and has fitted into our household like he was meant to be with us.

  Before working as a dog groomer, Nick worked in civil construction and telecommunications, specialising in Horizontal Directional Drilling, which has given me broad experience working outdoors, and providing end to end customer service to a varying clientele.

  Lauren worked as a customer service representative in both face to face and call centre roles. This taught me plenty about tailoring services to clients needs and working in different environments.
