• I have been providing dog grooming, washing, trimming and clipping services with Blue Wheelers for more than 11 years at The Entrance, The Entrance North Toowoon Bay, Killarney Vale, Blue Bay, Magenta and Long Jetty.  My number one tip for dog owners is to start grooming and washing your dog regularly, when they are pups so they do not find it an overwhelming experience. This is particularly important for those requiring on-going grooming and will save you money in the long term.

  My favourite thing about being a Blue Wheeler is working with dogs as every day is different. I enjoy grooming and washing dogs as I feel the owner is much happier with their dog’s appearance. A good day is when I’m out and about grooming dogs.

  I have always enjoyed working outdoors and working with animals this is why I joined Blue Wheelers.

  When it comes to my favourite breed of dog to groom, it would have to be a Border Collie especially the black and white ones. The way they look after being groomed, all fluffy and shiny, tend to even surprise their owners.

  The most memorable days are unfortunately the sad ones. When I go to groom a dog that is all matted and I can see in the dog’s eyes that they are very uncomfortable and sad because of their matted coats and then seeing them all smiles after being groomed simply makes my day. This is why I run my business as a groomer with Blue Wheelers.

  My background has been events and hospitality this has provided me with skills and the knowledge to deal with situations and deliver high expectations and efficient time management. My real passion was to work with animals, over ten years ago I decided to leave the cooperate world to run my own business washing and grooming dogs with Blue Wheelers at The Entrance, New South Wales. This has helped my family and I to run a family business that has a great work life balance.
