  John was amazing with Roxy, she’s an older Staffy, took his time to explain what he would be doing and then took his time to get Roxy comfortable before starting. Made sure nothing would make her overwhelmed and did everything with care. 10/10 would and will recommend to everyone.

  John is fantastic with my GSP, he is super professional and caring. John makes Randy feel comfortable and got to know him with lots of pats, praise and kisses before he starting his very first wash.
  John is very patient with Randy as he can get over excited and jump around especially when he is in an unfamiliar surrounding, however now Randy is so well behaved with John and loves to give him kisses and have a bit of a play before going in the trailer for a wash!
  We always recommend John at Blue Wheelers and we can’t imagine going elsewhere!!

  I would highly recommend John, he went out of his way to follow all of the safety procedures that have needed to be in place due to COVID-19, from making sure everything was sterile before even meeting our pugs. he made sure there was distance between us and himself and there was no contact what so ever. John was so professional and our fur babies loved him and will now be seeing him on a regular basis.

  John has been washing our dogs for the last 4 years, we recently got some puppy’s and today they had their first wash. They are 9 month old Staffys and John was very patient and caring with them making their first ever time in the blue wheeler trailer easy!
  As well as the usual high standard in safety and care John is practicing all safe procedures regarding Covid19 making his visit contactless, calling to advise on arrival so I could take the dogs and tie them safely and securely out front for John. That’s the point he would take them from and return once washed. Payment was made through bank transfer so no cash needed to be handled.

  I would like to comment on the professional manner and service that John Carvan my Bluewheeler mobile dog groomer from Albion Park NSW provides, especially in this difficult time of social isolation and prevention of transmitting corona virus. John rang through prior to the appointment and explained the updated procedure he had in place for safeguarding myself, my dog and himself. This is very important as I am the fulltime Carer of my 98 year old mother and John knows this situation. At all times he maintained our personal distance and wore a face mask. Poppy was tied up at the front and he took and returned her there after the grooming. I would recommend John to anyone who wants grooming. He is very kind to my dog, caring and very professional.

  I cannot recommend John highly enough. I have 2 white, fluffy, fur babies and John’s caring & professional manner always puts both dogs at ease while in his care. His cutting and grooming skills are of a very high standard. In the current global climate, John has increased and implemented additional precautions in the sanitisation of the grooming area while also ensuring a safe perimeter when conversing and during our interactions. I always feel confident when Dakoda and Chloe are in his hands!!

  I am so happy with the way John handles and looks after my husky Rex. Rex isn’t a fan of people and John is fantastic at what he does and how he manages his anxiety.

  With everything going on in the world today, John ensured our girl Darcy got her wash and nail clip in just incase restrictions change.
  John was meticulous with ensuring there was no risk or social contact in conducting his services and ensured he disinfected everything he touched before leaving the premises to put everyone’s mind at ease.
  Cannot recommend John enough, his friendly and pet focused service is much appreciated by us. Darcy comes out smelling fresh and clean every time

  I was very pleased that John takes his job very seriously. John talked about the safety and the good hygiene procedures he had in place for my dog Marleys’ grooming and when he got here he wore his personal protective equipment the mask and we stayed a fair distance away from the time he arrived to the time he had finished. John is a friendly and very calm person and Marley the dog just adores him. It is good to see such safety and hygiene procedures from John and Blue Wheelers. Marley was had his dog grooming treatment on the 25th of March and everything went well. Thank you John from Marley and Paula.

  We have a King Charles Cavalier second time we have had Merlin washed and groomed. John did an excellent job, Merlin was relaxed and was not put under any pressure to get into positions. We would recommend John to anybody who needs their dog groomed. Also, his grooming was excellent did exactly what we asked for could not be happier.

  Another review because he also did my second dog who is a young Swiss Shepherd who has in the past had some traumatic experiences with strangers. John was unbelievably kind and patient, getting to know my dog before placing her into the bath and letting her get to know him first. He patted her and played with her to help her feel comfortable the whole time and went at her pace. He even trimmed her nails which she has never had a stranger do before. Wonderful service and a man who truly cares about his customers and their dogs. Couldn’t be happier.

  Absolutely fantastic service, especially at dealing with the long hair my dog has. He hadn’t had a proper groom out in a while and John did a fantastic job helping my dog feel comfortable as well as getting my dog cleaned up very nicely. My dog is elderly and John was very careful making sure he was attended to carefully.

  Just had a visit from john at Albion Park Blue Wheelers to wash my Beagle & ever so difficult Husky/Malamute.
  He was extremely professional and both dogs loved his company even though they don’t always like new people.

  March 30th…..It was Presley’s first time with Blue Wheelers and he went to John with ease ! John has a lovely approach and I think that makes him an asset to his trade.   Our groomers name was John he was fantastic with Charlie he did a great job grooming him and made him smell lovely! Id have no worries to tell you all this is a great dog groomer and a really great person to groom your dogs John definitely loves dogs!!!
  Charlie and I cant wait to see him next month for our big bath and smelling lovely all the time!!!
  P.S As long as Charlie doesnt roll around on lizards anymore he might smell nice for a little while.Great Job John Thankyou so much??????
