For me the best thing about being a Blue Wheeler is a happy dog and a wagging tail at the end of a groom or wash and I always do my best to make every session a thoroughly enjoyable experience for every dog.

I have always loved working with animals of all kinds and the opportunity to be my own boss and spend my days washing and grooming dogs in Beaumaris, where I’ve lived all my life was too good to miss.

I absolutely love working as a Blue Wheeler and all the great dogs I get to spend my days with. Whether it’s a new puppy learning the ropes, a senior pooch that requires a tender touch or the regulars that are waiting at the gate with a wagging tail every job leaves me with a smile on my face. Making a dog look super cute and seeing a happy customer when I’ve achieved just the look they’re after is the icing on the cake.

Previous to dog grooming, I was working in wildlife research and conservation. I was also lucky to be a zookeeper with Zoos Victoria. When it was time for a change and I had the opportunity to purchase Blue Wheelers Beaumaris and spend my days washing and grooming dogs where I was raised, it was too good to pass up.

I have always been happy with the service that Scott provides. He takes the time to listen to personal requests, does his best to fulfill them and always has a smile on his face. My dogs have always been very well treated, look and feel good after their experience. Glad to have found a caring and great dog groomer.

Jessica went above and beyond in caring for our girl. Jessica understood clearly what was needed and when Saff began to get really tired (she’s very old) Jessica came back the next day to finish the groom so Saffie could have a rest overnight. No charge. Thanks Jessica for really seeming to care about our old girl. Can’t wait to see you again 🙂
