I have always loved working with animals and haven’t been in the field a while and was itching to get back into working with animals, I’m excited to be back working with dogs and am looking forward to seeing the results from washing and grooming people’s furry children, just been apart of a dogs life and their human owners and seeing how happy both parties are is what makes my day.

I have always enjoyed spending time with dogs and having not worked with them for years previous, I decided that the best move was to join the Blue Wheelers family and become a groomer with one of the best mobile dog grooming franchises in Australia.

My favourite breed of dog would be the Staffy, I love their personalities they are so loyal, playful, excitable dogs and tend to not always have the best reputation, I have not come across a Staffy I haven’t liked yet.

I came with with the name for my Big Blue Dog after my father oddly enough. He was always an inspiration and never disagreed with any of my decisions, although he may not be thrilled that I named Big Blue Dog after him, it is because of him I decided to jump in and be my own boss.

I started my working career working for the RSPCA, I worked for them for about 8 years and then decided to go into retail. I have been in retail for many years and decided that I had had enough of retail. With my working background it has given me so much experience in working with animals and people. I am looking forward to creating a great repore with regular clients both dogs and their human friends.

Meegan today was absolutely amazing. Blue Wheelers has never let us down and Meegan brought it to a new level. She managed to calm Shadow down and keep her calm throughout the visit,which no one else has ever really been successful with. She was also great with customer service and got back to me really fast when I asked for a quote.
We will definitely be seeing her every few weeks from now on. When my baby Shadow loves a groomer, so do I.
