Marcelo was fantastic with our Beagle Skye. She can be very timid, but he was very calming and made sure she was comfortable. She was clean and smelling fresh afterwards, very happy with the service provided overall!

I am absolutely stoked with the grooming Marcelo provided today. Both my girls were instantly quite happy to go up to him and into Bonnie . They were both quite messy and a tad smelly , but Marcelo worked his magic and the girls were returned to me looking absolutely gorgeous and smelling pretty again . I found Marcelo to be highly professional, friendly and with a genuine connection to my girls. I highly recommend him for all the grooming/pampering needs ones fur babies may require. Kirstin & Tom took such good care of our little shih tzu x Maltese Milo. He is only 4 mths old and this was his first groom. Very gentle, honest & professional. He even fell asleep in Tom’s arms! Milo gave them lots of kisses goodbye ♥️

I cannot stress how nervous I was to take my dog for his first professional wash. But Kristin and Tom were incredible. My anxious dog was giving them kisses by the end. I can not recommend these guys high enough! I had the BEST experience, I couldn’t have imagined better service and I work in sales myself. Thank you so much guys!!

Bindi loves baths but Shelby is very hesitant. I was so worried that she would give Kirstin and Tom a hard time but Shelby loved them from the minute she met them and they treated my girls with nothing but love and so many treats! Kirstin came up to the front door on more than one occasion and reassured me that Shelby was doing great! The girls have never looked and smelt so great! I will be a returning customer for sure! Thanks heaps guys! Bindi and Shelby loved you!

Kirsten & Tom were amazing with out 2 fur babies. It was the best clip they have ever had, and both dogs were running around wagging their tails afterwards. Usually they hate getting a bath, but seemed to really enjoy it. They smell so good! Thank you so much

My dog Mia is a very hairy Australian shepherd, she was in need of a good pampering session, we booked in with Tom and Kirsten and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Mia so happy, fluffy and clean after a groom before. We will be booking Mia in monthly from now on, by far the best groomers we have used.

Kirstin has been very obliging from first contact going out of her way to find a convenient appointment as I work full time. She was punctual and efficient & has transformed my rather rather hairy Cavalier, Molly, into a beautiful puppy again. We are extremely impressed with the love and service Kirstin gave our very timid dog Tess.
We were unsure how the bathing experience would go for a dog who doesn’t like water or being in a convined space. Couldn’t believe my eyes when Tess was enjoying the bath and even a blow dry!

Kirstin is amazing! She is so great with coco every time and makes sure she is happy the whole way through with treats galore and lots of love! Coco is very comfortable now and jumps straight up onto the table. Kirstin is always on time and sends me a message with plenty of notice if she can make it a little earlier which is always a plus when I’m busy!!

We’ve been getting Sherlock groomed by Kirstin for almost 12 months now. Kirstin is very flexible, professional and Sherlock always has a great time whenever he gets a wash. Harold absolutely adores his groomer Kirstin and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Kirstin is very professional, always greets us with a warm and caring smile and gained Harolds trust instantaneously. I’d classify Harold ( British Bulldog ) as pretty high maintenance with his skin folds, eyes/ ear sensitivity and his fur shedding , but each and every time Kirstin takes special care and addresses his conditions above and beyond. Her products are top of the range and always spoils Harold with many treats. Thanks Kirsten I’d have one stinky puppy if it wasn’t for you x

Kirstin is so great with my dog, Ruby. She is so patient and focuses on keeping her as calm and happy as possible. She does a much better job than me at getting every single knot out of her long coat and making her smell so good!

Bow and Abbey absolutely love Kirstin! And so do we. She styles their fur beautifully and they always smell delicious afterwards. Kirstin is extremely reliable, we trust her with locking the dogs up safely when she is finished grooming and her most recent visit, she topped up their water bowl as it was a really hot day. We highly recommend her and have done to a few dog owners already.

He always looks fantastic after. Kirsten treats all her client’s dogs as her own, which is why she has a great connection with them. I’m very happy with her service every time.

It was my dogs first grooming session with Kirstin and I am very impressed. Tiff is a new lady. As a shelter with long hair, Tiffs flanks were terribly matted and she needed clipping with the hot weather ahead. Kirstin was so calm and engaging with Tiff as well as ensuring she understood what my expectations were. After the grooming I could smell how beautiful Tiff was and now she is bounding around like a puppy because she is so much cleaner and lighter. I will never take Tiff back to Best Friends where she would normally go for a groom…having recently broken my foot this necessitated me trying a mobile unit. I am so happy I did.

I would just like to thank Kirstin for helping Whiskey on the weekend. She has done a fantastic job of him. He seemed to like her very much and he almost seems to be smiling at me now. His coat was very long, and although I brush him regularly he apparently had quite a few mats.
Kirstin’s communication with me during the process was fabulous, sending me photos and txt’s through-out was appreciated. I am super happy with this service I highly recommend this groomer to anyone on the Mornington peninsula. -

Kirstin from blue wheelers langwarrin for came and gave my pup Finn the works!! He has a lot of matted hair due to rain and having such a thick coat and by the end she had eliminated all the matted and bad spots of hair, and had him looking like a million dollars! I have used dog groomers before but Kirstin does an outstanding job and I wouldn’t use anyone else and will be recommending her to everyone I know. A+ service and excellent with Finn and genuinely cares about the dogs she works with :))

My poor 12 year old husky doesn’t like the bath and develops super human strength when trying to escape a bath so I thought it was time to get a professional in! Would like to compliment Kirstin Edwards on her outstanding service grooming my 2 dogs today. We needed to find a new groomer since moving and we have definitely found ours now thanks to Kirstin. Harry the Pomeranian was quite nervous to begin with as he doesn’t like being bathed and as you can see by the pictures he was smiling and placing his paw out to be shook by the end of it. amazing job and exactly what we were after with a summer hair cut and tidy for our babies.
