• I have a Blue Heeler dog called Rain, the perfect match for my Blue Wheelers business.
• There are so many reasons I became a dog groomer with Blue Wheelers. The most beneficial reason for me is the grounding I feel when I slow down and pay attention to what the animals are saying. I can then care for them in the way they need.
• I groom so many oodle breeds as they are very popular in Lismore; I tend not to do so many BIG dogs these days as I'm so busy with the oodles.
• You might hear me singing Spirit Bird by Xavier Rudd. The dogs seem to love it.
• I love chatting to dogs. I tell them about my daily life. Ask them about their daily life. We chat about our feelings and I always tell them what's happening next with their groom.
• I love seeing how a dog's mood changes for the better once their body feels so much nicer after its fresh and clean without knots.
• I'm really good with anxious dogs as I take my time, allowing them the space to freely express themselves. Listening to what they are communicating and then comforting them in the ways they need. Cuddling and whispering also help to calm an anxious dog.
• If I'm not grooming you will often find me doing my Yoga practices.
• I was born in Brisbane so I have to admit that I root for the Lions.
• I love sushi and hope to visit Japan soon and eat the best sushi there.
