Her care and control makes what could be a stressful situation so fantastic my doggie starts wagging as soon as he sees her. The wash and groom are both top notch and he looks fabulous each time.   Ruby has always been a precious Kelpie who refuses to have a bath or go anywhere near the hose if she suspects it’s for a bath, but Lauren has a special knack for making her feel safe and cared for and does a wonderful job with her grooming. Lauren is an approachable and kind professional who checks in the day before appointments and always leaves Ruby shiny and clean, with great attention to detail. I’m sad for Ruby that we are moving away from Lauren’s work vicinity but would love to recommend her to any one.

  We could not be any happier!
  Our 6 year old German Sheppard Benji is a sook but we knew we needed to find someone that understands the breed and size. So we are always picky, and when we first read Lauren’s reviews and website, we had hope, and to confirm we are super grateful to come across Lauren. Her communication at the beginning was spot on considering how busy she is!
  She was brilliant with introduction, you can see from the very first moment her love and passion for dogs, interacted and made Benji very at ease, communicated the whole way through with myself, and gave some really good bits of knowledge.
  Benji come out looking amazing, and you could tell he felt amazing as well. We have locked in reoccurring visits already.
  Please, for anyone reading, if you love your animal as much as we do Benji, I can whole heartly say Lauren will treat and care for your baby as if they were her own. She is worth more then what she charges!

  Our senior dog Hunni, required special care after being neglected in a shop front salon. Lauren was excellent in her handling, consideration and care for our dog. I knew I could trust her to gauge how much Hunni could cope with. Lauren is professional, approachable and has a genuine interest in your pet.

I could not have asked for a better groomer. The only reason I am saying goodbye is because I am moving interstate; I wish I could bring her with me

  I wanted to write and review of how great Lauren was yesterday bathing my little pooch. It was the first time meeting her and wasn’t disappointed in the slightest, her gentle and loving manner towards my dog I absolutely adored. My lil dog was left smelling great and super clean especially him being such a little wiggle worm.
  I’m extremely pleased and it is always great to see such a genuine, trustworthy person doing a job like this.
