For the first time ever, Mable actually seems to enjoy her grooming appointments! Karen is such a lovely person that is happy to adapt and be flexible with any grooming requests or life inconveniences that seem to happen on grooming days! She’s a pleasure to have around and I always feel comfortable with her at our house. She does a beautiful grooming job with Mable which would be a difficult thing in itself as she’s a small labradoodle with a ‘unique’ personality!

Bella is so happy with her new hair cut. I couldn’t thank Karen enough. She’s all summer ready. I highly recommend Karen as the best groomer on the Goldcoast Thankyou so much again. 🙂

After a few not so nice experiences with dog groomers we are so happy to have found Rochelle. Teddy our 15 year old Maltese Cross is looking great, even has a new spring in his step.
Rochelle is very reliable and courteous and was very gentle with our fidgety boy. -

Rochelle was amazing. She took her time to make our little Buddy feel at ease. Buddy is super excitable and has issues with having his legs touched. Rochelle was kind and patient with our little hypochondriac.
Rochelle was able to offer us some helpful advice for us to be able to maintain Buddy’s new style. We are so grateful to have found Rochelle. -

Our dog Sammy (a serial scratcher) has not scratched once or seemed irritated by her skin since you washed her. I think a deep clean was just what she needed.

Rochelle was lovely and made the whole process really easy. It was so difficult for myself to clean my pug’s face properly but Rochelle understood how to do it properly making sure it was safe for his breed. My little
Huey has never smelt better and he enjoyed cuddles as well! And on top of all this he got a nail trim 🙂 so much bang for your buck!
