  Julie has been washing both of our dogs since they were puppies, what an amazing lady. We have 1 very energetic dog who loves his baths but is very excitable and a rescue who is very anxious, especially around nail clipping. She handles the nails like a champion and hasn’t been nipped yet. Our other dog she has a natural ability to calm him down and he just stands and loves the attention. I couldn’t imagine anyone else washing our 2 puppies.

  We were lucky to be introduced to Blue Wheelers many years ago. It’s always been a great franchise but when we moved location we met Julie and she has been an absolute pleasure to interact with. I love Julie’s relaxed and down to earth manner. She has proven to be reliable, trustworthy and easy to talk to over the years. Her connection to furry animals is also apparent and she is great with our pet. I have no hesitations in recommending Julie. Julie has also been willing to work around our schedule. Her pooch-booth is always clean and she is always on time and professional. I have even heard Julie have a good old chat with our dog when she baths and shaves her. It’s great to see a groomer that genuinely likes animals and our dog loves a good pat too. I also love the fact that Julie does not skimp on quality products. Even yesterday she was telling me about a special shampoo range that she has invested in for pets with dual coats! I appreciate that she offers extra options. Thanks, Julie for all your friendliness and kindness over the years!

  We met Julie today for the first time, and she is incredible. We have recently reduced a little poodle x and didn’t know if he had ever been groomed before but she did everything possible to make him feel at ease and he looks like a new dog, and smells amazing!!! Highly highly recommend and will continue to use Julie on a regular basis !

  pippa loves her pamper sessions with Julie! We’ve had Julie coming around since pippa was a pup and they have such a lovely bond. We all look forward to Julie’s visit and pippa always looks and smells beautiful afterward! We are so lucky to have Julie in our area!

  Julie’s care for both of our babies over these passing months has been second to none. Not only do they always look picture perfect after their haircuts and bath, they are fussed over with such genuine affection and care. Such a worry has been taken off my shoulders knowing that Bax (sadly we lost Soph recently) is going to be taken care of while i am away overseas for a little while. I doubt that Julie has ever met a pup that doesn’t love her!

  I cannot praise Julie enough. She is very friendly, open and caring. Tilley always comes out of the blue van with a smile, looking good and smelling great! I used to take tilley to another groomer, however it is more convenient for Julie to come out to my home. Thanks again Julie!!!

  Samson was in desperate need of a clip! He was born a Cavoodle but was looking more like a miniature black sheep dog. He couldn’t see and the heat was really getting to him underneath all that fur. After his clip he was a third of his size. Samson has also been known to be a bit of a sook, particularly after a clip. It was completely different with Julie – my little man didn’t sulk!
  It is clear Julie loves her job and really enjoys working with pooches. Samson didn’t feel like he had lost his powers after his time with her. And it wasn’t a long time either. I must say Julie is incredibly efficient without compromise on the result. The price is more than reasonable, not only in terms of result but convenience also.
  I highly recommend Julie as a Blue Wheeler franchisee. She is professional, friendly and very good at her job.

  Julie has been washing our dog Jimbo for the past year. Julie comes every 2 weeks to wash Jimbo and he definitely looks forward to his cuddles and treats each time. Her genuine love and care for animals show through.
  Unfortunately we are moving but I will continue to look forward to her daily posts on Facebook.

  As a pet sitter I get all my furry clients groomed before returning to their parents, Julie is always accommodating with appointment times, she is extremely gentle and friendly with the pups every time she meets a new one with me. Julie makes the fur babies feel comfortable, talking to them and giving them cuddles before, during and after followed with a treat to gain their trust.. Julie doesn’t just wash/groom them you can see her bond with every single pet she meets. I could not recommend anyone better than Julie!!! All my clients are excited when they come to pick up their furry ones smelling all sweetly!

  If you are looking for someone who cares for your pooches as much as yourself look no further.
  Our girls (Labrador & spoodle) loved their monthly washes and grooming. Every time the Blue Wheelers mobile drove past they are excited! Care and attention with the personalised touch. Price is great considering you don’t have to travel, so very convenient.
  Highly recommend!!

  Julie is amazing. She really cares about my little girl Prudence (12 year old Maltese X). Prudence is always happy and calm when Julie comes to wash and groom her. Having used other grooming places before, you have no idea how long they have been in a cage waiting to be groomed. As Julie’s Blue Wheelers dog pulls up, you know that your puppy is going to be washed and groomed there and then! In the past with other companies I have used, Prudence has come back to me upset, withdrawn and generally sad. But not with Julie!!! I know it’s due to Julie’s friendly nature and her genuine care for animals that puts her furry clients at ease as well as their human owners. I highly recommend Julie for anyone who wants to get their doggies groomed with her! 5 STARS

  As sad as I was to see Lou retire, Julie has taken over seamlessly. With Julie’s arrival there has been a noticeable lift in the appearance of the rig used for grooming my dog, It looks fresh like it has just had a renovation. When Julie arrives the rig is always spotless from top to bottom, inside and out and Julie always arrives promptly at the agreed time. Communication is excellent, I am kept well informed all the time.
  The grooming is done in a methodical and professional way and my dog comes out clean and sweet smelling.
  The most important aspect of the service to me is that Julie has a real love of animals and it shows in the way she handles my dog and the way he has taken to her. Kane is more excited to see the rig arrive for his bath than he is to go for a walk.
  I would gladly recommend Blue heelers to anyone requiring dog grooming services.

  Julie has washed and groomed our Maltese Shitsu a few times now. He is 5 years old and has always hated being handled due to an accident he had as a pup, however Julie seems to have a magic touch. Not only does he look and smell fabulous after his time with her, he is happy to see her and is enjoying his time with her.   Julie took over the grooming of our 3 special boys from lou about 6 wks ago. the dogs absolutely love their bath time and are so pampered with Julie. she truly seems to care so much about the dogs.   Lou has been looking after Shelley’s bath time and clips for nearly 5 years. He cares for her as if she was his own – even when she gets cranky with him for touching her feet! More importantly Shelley loves Lou too – she recognises the car and heads for the door straight away!

My brother is disabled and has difficulty communicating with most people, his dogs have always been his best friends and constant companions so they mean the world to him.   Calling Lou was the best call I’ve made. Our rotty pup, Juddy, had such a fantastic bath & time with Lou. Even with regular home bathing I’ve never seen Juddy so clean and lovely smelling. Lou was absolutely brilliant, he spoke to me about all sorts of things that can affect our pups sensitive skin & ways to help treat it. We will see you next month Lou 🙂

  Lou has been washing our dog, Smudge, now for the last 3+ years and he has been amazing! We rescued Smudge from the pound after he had been mistreated. As a result, Smudge has trust issues with most people, especially men. Smudge loves Lou! He is the only person who is able to clip his nails without sedation! We also love Lou and thank him so much for making our life so much easier! He is always on time, a pleasure to have around and he leaves Smudge smelling so good!
