  Mark has been spoiling our Rodesian Ridgeback Lilly for more than 4 years now. She’s a big sook but Mark’s gentle and patient manner has won her over! It’s amazing peace of mind knowing Lilly will be washed and nails clipped with a regular monthly booking! Even if we’re not home she loves her baths! We also love Mark delivering her Prime100 dog rolls and treats every wash too! Really takes a job off my list every month! We are devastated to be moving out of area and wish we could take Mark with us!! Lilly wishes you all the best!!

  Mark has been grooming our Labrador CC for 6 years and our rescue dog Hemi for 3 years. We find Mark to be professional punctual and very friendly. Our CC loves Mark even though she’s extremely boisterous and gets very over excited to see him Mark is very patient and gentle with her. Our Hemi cries like he’s being tortured but he’s not Mark patiently and calmly persist’s till eventually Hemi stops and calm’s down. Both our dogs come out looking and smelling amazing.Mark always has great tips for us and also a great range of treats. We highly recommend Mark at bluewheelers Ellenbrook to anyone looking for knowledgeable,patient and extremely professional groomed.

  I recently had my dog, Ruby groomed by Mark at Blue Wheelers Ellenbrook, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment he arrived, Mark was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to Ruby’s needs. He took the time to get to know Ruby, ensuring she felt comfortable and calm throughout the entire grooming process.

  The mobile service is super convenient, and Mark’s setup is clean and well-equipped. Ruby came out looking and smelling fantastic—her coat was soft and shiny. Mark even gave me some great tips on maintaining her coat between visits, which was much appreciated.

  What I loved most was how patient and gentle he was. Ruby can be a bit anxious during grooming, but Mark’s calm demeanor put her right at ease. It’s clear he genuinely loves animals and takes pride in his work.

  Mark has been grooming my three miniature dachshunds monthly for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with his service.   Mark is fantastic he has been washing Pippo for 10years. He is very patient and puts up with playing hide and seek with him each visit . He is very trustworthy I’m usually not home when Pippo gets washed and I trust Mark with my dog. I will also say that as I have a Samoyed they are a lot of work and no one has taken the time and effort like Mark does with my dog. Sorry about all the hair

  Mark is the best there’s no doubt. My dog is traumatised from a previous groomer who used to hit her and she hates groomers as a result. She bites to draw blood and has done so many times to other groomers who have now refused to groom her. After telling Mark of my dogs trauma he was determined that he will stick with my dog and help her to be less afraid of grooming.

  Mark stuck with us for 5 years and I’m sad we have moved because he is incredible with my poor traumatised dog. She really gave him a hard time but he was consistently patient, caring, gentle, talked to her non stop in a calm way and on occasion got very excited to complete a grooming session without an issue!

  My dog slowly trusted Mark that he would not harm her. We will miss him terribly.

  Can not recommend Mark highly enough. He deserves an award for how he acts and understands and treats traumatised dogs.

  He is absolutely brilliant.

  I was nervous about getting a groomer for Atticus, his previous experience wasn’t great and he can be temperamental with people. From the moment he met Mark he was at ease. Mark took time to get to know him and worked at Atticus’s pace to ensure he was happy at all times. Mark has been grooming Atticus for a while now and looks forward to the visit every month.

  I would like to commend Mark for his amazing service. Izzy looks like a different dog after her badly needed deshedding and her coat is so soft and shiny. My other floofball Luna has also been deshed and is white, soft and fluffy. Best of all my clothes, floors and whole house are almost fur free!! Thanks so much for your dedication to providing such a great service! Your patience and calm approach with my somewhat flighty Izzy grump is greatly appreciated.

  I have had Mark come many times to bath our Rusty, right up until he died, and although Rusty was a great big baby,
  Mark managed very well, and Rusty behaved well once underway.
  Unfortunately we lost Rusty 1 year ago on the 9th Dec., this year ( to Cancer ), and we are still missing him terribly.

  Mark is the best in the West ! He has washed three of our dogs for the last 5 Years , has been an amazing every time , nothing is too hard even when he has to chase the dogs around the farm to get them to have a wash ! The dogs love him as do we !
