  My favourite thing about being a mobile dog groomer is getting to meet new people and their special dogs, and helping to make them feel happy healthy and pampered.

  I have always had a natural affinity with dogs, and after a change in career, I decided to join the best mobile dog grooming service, Blue Wheelers, so I could help people keep their dogs feeling great.

  I have always had dogs in my life, we currently have two Cocker Spaniels at home, Albert and Rita, who are very affectionate and loving and great around our grandchildren. I have named my blue dog Hamish, in memory of our last dog who was a West Highland White Terrier. He was very mischievous when he was a puppy, and continued to be so throughout his long 17 year life.

  Before starting work with Blue Wheelers, I was a postal officer on a rural delivery run, and rather than the stereotypical dogs chasing the postie down the path, all the dogs I met would come with tail’s wagging waiting to be clapped and scratched behind the ears! I am so thankful that in my new job I can continue to make lots of new doggie mates!
