I have been dog washing and grooming with Blue Wheelers since 2007, in the Kingborough area.
My Number one tip for dog owners is to start grooming you puppy as soon as possible, so it becomes a pleasant experience. (Puppies should have had their vaccinations before being taken to a groomer).

My favourite thing about being a Blue Wheeler is getting to know all my cute four legged clients, and also their owners who are as passionate about dogs as I am. I love dogs they just melt your heart when they look at you with their beautiful eyes.
I have 3 dogs, Butch a 10 year old Maltese cross, Jack a 3 year old German Shorthaired Pointer and Noah a 1 year old Border Collie Pointer Cross. They are all great dogs, giving me a lot of laughs (I’m sure if Noah was a person he would be a comedian!), love and great companionship.
I made the decision to become a Blue Wheeler because of my love for dogs and being around them. Also being a Blue Wheeler gives me the opportunity to work ‘outdoors’ which I love.
I decided to name my Big Blue Dog Trailer Sadie after my very first dog, she was my best mate. She passed away only a few months before I started with Blue Wheelers. Naming my trailer Sadie is my way of trying to keep her memory alive.
I come from a farming background, dogs and horses have always been a huge part of my life. As well as my two human children, I also have two four legged members who make our family complete. Butch a 7 year old Maltese cross and Jack a 2 year old German Shorthaired pointer, they all bring me a lot of Joy and happiness and also a lots of laughs. I think Jack must have been a clown in a past life.
