I love being part of the Blue Wheelers team – living the dream washing and grooming dogs of Morphett Vale.

As I am very much an animal lover, I was inspired to become a Blue Wheeler after realising that my previous life path was limiting my time to follow my passion. Talking to other Groomers, it soon became apparent that this was my destiny!

My most favourite breed of dog would have to be Border Collies. They have been part of my life since I was very young. Having a farm in my family, my grandparents had several over the years, then growing up; Border Collies always seemed to be the firm favourite for a family pet. When I met my husband, he had a St Bernard so typically, dogs have always been a part of our lives. We can’t go past any dog without wanting say hello and give them a pat, if the owner says it’s ok of course.

SnoopySonic was created from a combination of 2 greatly loved fur babies, a dog (Snoopy) and a cat (Sonic) that had a “mutually respectful” relationship and both lived spoilt, happy and healthy long lives.

Having spent 12 years in sales, retail and hospitality I have come to recognise that “Customer Service” is paramount. Being able to deliver “above and beyond” the expectation of a customer is an extremely rewarding experience. Through great customer service comes referral and word of mount which we all know is a powerful advertising tool. Listening to the customers’ wants and needs provides the ability to deliver on a promise and exceed the expectation of the customer. I intend to use my knowledge and skills to create an unforgettable “Grooming Experience” and create a loyal and repeat client base. I also understand that everyone’s needs are different so to be able to customise a product or service shows great adaptability and understanding. This is where great relationships are formed.

Over the years, I have had the pleasure to “babysit” friends and families fur babies, whether in their homes or in my own, allowing freedom for holidays or weekends away. The feedback has always been very positive and the families and friends have been able to relax knowing that their fur baby is in good, capable and reliable hands and will be cared for as if they were my own. Building relationships with my customers and pampered pets will ensure a solid and regular customer base where we can be a happy and rewarding part of each others’ lives.

Nelly is an adopted greyhound through GAPSA. She can be quite scared of new things. Today was Ali’s 3rd visit and she’s so kind, gentle and patient, Nelly let her dry her and clip her nails for the first time no problem, Thanks so much Ali.

Ali is awesome, she has looked after our two Labradors George and Marlee for a few years now and always does an awesome job, the dog love her and go totally mental when they see her car arrive. she is always on time and the dogs smell amazing for ages after their wash.

Ali was absolutely wonderful. Tychus just had his annual hairy and he looks sooo good now. Ali was very patient with a not so patient Tychus. I highly recommend her to everyone looking for a very professional groomer at a very decent price. See you in 6 months Ali for Tychus big winter wash 🙂

30/06/14 Just had my very hairy rough collie groomed by Debra and I must say job well done!!!!! You can tell she loves dogs and my Blitz just loved her, highly recommend Debra.

Harry my Jack Russell / Blue Heeler cross had his first bath and grooming session with Debra today. Debra was just fantastic with Harry and Harry looked and smelt wonderful afterwards.

Just had Benji (Maltese Terrier) groomed by Debra – an excellent job – she was so good with Benji who can be a handful – she kept talking to him and reassuring him. She did such a good job with the grooming – not just a straight shave job and he looks wonderful- Will definitely have her again.

I had Debra washing and drying my dog Bronte for a couple of years. She did a fantastic job no matter how dirty or sometimes matted he got. He looked and smelt a million dollars and he loved her. I have since had to move and regret to say that I could no longer continue to use her services as I moved out of her service area. I have since gone through 4 different dog wash companies and not one of these have been able to dry him properly leaving him to smell again a few days later! We miss you Deb and continue on our hunt for someone to live up to your standard!
Perhaps Blue Wheelers could make exceptions sometimes when a customer is happy with who they have???

Big thank you to Debra from Morphett Vale Blue Wheelers for making our scruffy mutt look amazing and smell great even now 2 weeks since her clip! Lucy doesn’t always get along with others and this was her first professional clip but she absolutely loved Debra. Will be booking in again 🙂

Debra was so friendly, thoughtful and professional when washing our Deaf Great Dane Lilly. Lilly has sensitive skin and Debra was thoughtful enough to use the appropriate shampoos and not put cologne on – so as to prevent Lilly’s skin getting irritated. We made a plan for future washes and building up to normal shampoos. Very professional, very thoughtful, knows what she is doing. I won’t go anywhere else.

Yesterday Debra came to groom my beautiful Border Collie. Debra was so lovely right from word go with the both of us. Debra was very thorough, kind and really amazing with my beautiful girl. Taya had 4 operations last year on her hind leg due to tumors, and therefore no longer likes that leg to be touched, but Debra was so gentle and amazing, Taya let her. She looked so happy being groomed, so cute. We will be definitely seeing Debra on a regular basis and I really recommend her to anyone who is thinking of getting their loved furry friend groomed. Thanks Debra, you are amazing.

What can I say about my lovely groomer Deb? Deb always grooms me really nice & I always look handsome & smell nice afterwards.
