The most exciting thing about being a dog groomer is that I get to meet all the wonderful dogs and their lovely owners. My principles are simple; provide excellent customer service and spoil your dog to bits. Being able to show my creativity and passion for dogs is a very rewarding experience for me.

The feeling I get when your dog is wagging its tail and looking stunning after a clip is wonderful. When your dog is happily jumping around and begging for a play after they leave my care, it makes me feel like I’ve had a positive impact on the health of your dog.

Having met several Blue Wheelers over the years, I felt that I shared their passion and love for dogs. With a growing ambition to own a business, it motivated me to start my journey towards running my very own successful Blue Wheelers, and to give the dogs of Mulgrave the best care in the world.

It is hard to put into words how much I love my Schnauzer, Kira. Even though she can be a handful, she is very intelligent and gorgeous. A big plus for me is that she sheds a minimal amount, which means less of a clean-up!

I have spent extensive time developing and honing my skills at the Blue Wheelers training school, learning the in’s and out’s of everything involved with dog grooming. I am now proud to say that we are fully certified by Blue Wheelers and ready to become your number 1 groomer.

For the past five years, I have worked in disability care as a support worker. The individual support that my clients required allowed me to develop a keen understanding of how to provide the best customer service and care. My love for both humans and animals has always been the most important aspect of my work, and I look forward to providing you with the best dog grooming care.

Ursula was personable, professional and provided a fantastic service that included sharing her knowledge and managing an effective rapport with our dog. She washed her thoroughly, clipped her claws/nails and dried her adding some treats to the mix. I felt that the dog wanted to jump back in the Blue Wheelers trailer and leave with Ursula. We completely recommend Ursula’s services and are scheduled to use them again. Excellent work!

We love Ursula!! She treats our little pug Milo as if he were her own. She loves him so much – you can tell she has such a passion for animals and will look after your animal baby so well. Milo always comes running in so fresh and clean. Ursula is one of the best groomers Milo has had.

Ursula was great to deal with, arrived on time, very good interaction with my dog who can sometimes be funny with strangers. She washed clipped and trimmed my dog’s nails very well, very happy customer!

My wife and I offer positive feedback on Blue Wheelers Mulgrave as operated by Ursula. Ursula provided an overdue wash, cut and grooming service for our Pugaleer (Simba). Ursula also drew our attention to a potential ear infection that Simba has that prompted us to seek veterinary treatment.

Yannick is such a wonderful groomer! Our Scruff loves him and looks forward to his visits. He is so gentle and caring. Scruff suffered from irritated and flaky skin which has cleared up with his amazing care. I highly recommend Yannick to any pups out there who need to be pampered and loved by this friendly caring groomer.
