Hi, I’m Kayla and my Blue Wheeler’s name is Buttons. I’m your Blue Wheelers Mobile Dog Groomer for Rutherford (2320), in NSW. I also provide dog washing and dog grooming services in Oakhampton, Anambah, Melville, Maitland Vale, Telarah, Windella, Aberglasslyn and Lochinvar (2321).

I am a Mum to two human children and a fur mum to two fur children.

I have always loved animals and have had furry family members for as long as I remember, growing up and now into my adult life. To be able to work with dogs, love on them, assist with their caring needs, make a difference for the better in their lives and then the added bonus of soaking up big cuddles along the way, would all be what had inspired me to undertake this career path.

While it’s hard to choose just one, my favourite dog breed would have to be golden retrievers. This breed is ridiculously smart, cute, beautifully natured, happy-go-lucky and terrific with kids and for families.

My number one tip for dog owners is to do research on your dog’s breed to understand their needs and be prepared for the maintenance associated with their breed.

I have forever, for as long as I can remember been a collector of buttons. My crafty nature has allowed me to use buttons for many things along my journey through life. Buttons have always brought me joy, and I’ve learnt over the years that buttons can represent so much more in life; they come in all different shapes, sizes, colours and patterns, yet they are all made with the intention to serve the same purpose. It’s unique to me that I get to tow Buttons around with me daily, constantly reminding me of diversity.

Before Blue Wheelers, I studied and worked within the community services, residential acre & disability support sector. My time spent within this field and having those personal experiences have aligned me to be able to handle many diverse situations and do so with an open heart and mind. I have a nurturing personality which coincides with my compassion.

In becoming a Blue Wheeler, I have learned so much about myself and my relationship has well and indeed grown with canines and my love for them continues to grow by the day. Being able to bring our premium services and products to your homes for your dogs gives me so much joy and my days are always full of happiness as I love and am so proud to call my job “work” as I barely feel like I’m working.

Just want to thank Tim and Steph for the past few years they have been bathing our dogs..i couldn’t recommend them anymore to anyone needing there dog looked after..Tim and Steph go above and beyond and as much trouble our husky gives them they keep coming back hahaha. Both our dogs receive a wonderful service every time.
