  If there were an Olympic event for grooming grumpy dogs, Alan from Blue Wheelers Tarneit would take home the gold medal every single time!

  Alan has been grooming our beloved Teddy since he was a tiny puppy, and for the past 10 years we haven’t trusted anyone else. Teddy is… let’s just say he has a very strong personality (he definitely believes he’s the boss!). Somehow, Alan is the only person who can work his magic, calm Teddy down, and convince him that a groom isn’t the end of the world.

  Alan doesn’t just groom dogs—he genuinely cares about them. During one of Teddy’s grooming appointments, he noticed a small growth on Teddy’s paw and immediately told us to have it checked. Sadly, it turned out to be a tumour. Thanks to Alan’s incredible attention to detail and quick action, Teddy received immediate veterinary care. We honestly believe Alan helped save Teddy’s life, and we’ll never be able to thank him enough for that.

  What makes Alan even more special is that his care doesn’t stop after the grooming appointment. Even with his busy schedule, he’s come over to help us put ear drops in Teddy when we couldn’t manage on our own. That’s the kind of person he is—kind, generous and always willing to help.

  Alan is not only an outstanding groomer but also a genuinely wonderful human being. He treats every dog like they’re part of his own family, and it shows in everything he does.

  After 10 years, Teddy still gives Alan “the look” when the grooming van arrives… but we know deep down he loves him (or at least tolerates him far more than the rest of us!).

  Thank you, Alan, for looking after our precious boy for the past decade. We couldn’t ask for a better groomer or a more caring person. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs and goes above and beyond, Alan is simply the best.

  Alan did an amazing job on our Toby! We have tried several groomers over the years and none even came close! Toby is usually extremely timid but was very relaxed. Highly recommend!!!!!

  Alan did an absolutely awesome groom for my 3 dogs. Sandy, the terrier who had only had major surgery 3 weeks ago, Daisy, the Cavelier King Charles and Mishka the husky who was shedding dreadfully. They all look fabulous.

  Have used Blue Wheelers for a number of years now and can’t recommend them highly enough. All staff are caring and professional. I always receive the same great service.

  Highly Recommend Blue Wheelers. My poor Mikey has had terrible grooming experiences and at one stage had to be groomed by 2 staff at the same time to keep him calm.

  Paul is definitely the dog whisperer and from Mikey’s 1st session with Paul i was absolutely amazed how calm Mikey was with him. Paul takes his time and truly cares for these fur babies. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my boy.

  This is our first time using Blue Wheelers and we would like to compliment Paul on his professionalism and care. Gunner who plays up every time she has to get her nails done and her hair blow dried, sat like an angel and let Paul do his job with out too much fuss.
  Bobbie who hates the bath and will scratch us to pieces was calm and at ease with Paul. I cannot thank Paul enough,the girls look great and he did such a great job, he has taken our nightmare job and made it an enjoyable time for the whole family. Paul thank you again

  My Dog always looks great when Paul groomed him. I myself have trouble brushing him. With Paul he is a different dog. Paul is a happy guy who knows how to handle dogs. Always in time…..highly recommended
